What is your NSV for today?

Walked 3.5 miles in 58 mins. It used to take me 1hr 45 mins! !!!!!!!
Got DH to take me to a running shop to buy new trainers. Also got a tight exercise top. I now look the part at 63 ! ::blushing: :laugh:

These are great!

My NSV is from yesterday. My husband and I walk to the little store just outside the gate of our community. It's about 1.5 miles round trip. Last year, we'd get there and be exhausted and out of breath. We'd have to sit and take a break for a few minutes before making the trip back home. Yesterday, we got to the store, got some drinks, and turned around and headed home. We agreed that the walk was much easier than yesterday now that we're exercising and losing some weight. :drinker:

(Due to being prone to dehydration, I still chugged a bottle of Gatorade and some water when I got home... I guess somethings don't change that much. )

I realized while I was walking across the office to fill up my water today that my swinging arms only hit clothing and not me now!! My arms can hang straight down and not touch me except for my armpits/chest region!! I haven't been able to that in over a year!

I drove past two Coldstone Creameries today (80 degrees outside) and kept going. I LOVE my ice cream/sherbet/popsicles/stuff when it's hot, and not going over there when I stopped to get lunch just two shops away was pretty hard.

I finally have my first NSV! it happened a few days ago, I put on a pair of jeans that would usually be tight coming right out of the dryer, and they fit perfectly! not too tight!! I was so excited :happy:

Endurance NSV! Ran for 10 straight minutes today! Googlemapped it to be 1.2 miles. Bested my old time of 7 min. A few months ago I was happy to have run for 2 straight minutes, haha
