    Looking Good, how is your mental, do you feel the way u look just asking ? Some people feel when they loose the weight feel they will be happy. Is that where you are in your headspace?

    I feel like a kid all over again. Lots of energy and very happy. No more snoring and I can tie my shoes and still breathe :)

    Had a question though...did you stick with 1200 cal diet thru out? Never followed the TDEE-20% or -10%...? Just curious to know...there is so much discussion about increasing cal intake on MFP....so would like to know your story....

    That's awesome man! I have about the same amount to lose to get to my (initial) goal weight, and I'm about halfway there. It's great to see someone that has made it all the way...very encouraging! Way to go!
