I've made these a few times and they are delicious....cut back on the baking soda a bit to lower the sodium and they turned out just fine:)

Thanks for the recipe! I made these for my husband the other day and he devoured them. I added sliced banana, walnuts and vanilla. I'm definitely keeping this recipe in rotation.

Bump!!! Which brand of powder did you use? Vanilla can be bad

I've made these with Optimum Nutrition's Cake Batter flavor whey. They were AMAZING- topped with bananas & strawberries. NOM

Sound good. I could eat 3, stay within my carb limit and be satisfied. Thanks for this!

No Salt Added Cottage Cheese used in place of the the yogurt works beautifully! Just put it in a food chopper and blend a little.
For a MOUTHGASM protein pancake, use Trutein Cinnabun Flavor, 1/2 banana!!!

    Wanna go all out?
    Make a compote using:
    2 oz Strawberries
    2 oz Blackberries
    2 oz Raspberries
A Splenda Packet or 2 tsp Raw Honey
Heat in small saucepan, whisking berries until mushy. pour over pancakes instead of syrup. Top with NSA Cool Whip!
