    195! I weighed in this morning at 195!
    I am pumped!
    I had a great week, with the exception of yesterday :-/ Pizza day at work and I ate WAY TOO MUCH!

    But, what I have been doing is working and I feel much better eating better for me foods!
    Ready to have a good loss this next week too! :)

    I don't know how I did it (my TOM probably had something to do with it :wink: ) but I lost 6.2 pounds :o
    I'll probably weigh more tomorrow, but I'm so happy right now! I went to a music festival, so I didn't eat healthy, but I did dance a lot, so that probably made me lose some weight.

    I'm so proud of us all for continuing this challenge even though we might not make it to our goals!

    Keep it up! Just one more month to go :happy:

    ok I am back starting tomorrow Aug 1. I just got back from camping today, so I will weigh in tom, but I do know that I am prob up 5 pounds. I plan to start the 30 day shred tom, planning on doing it M-F, will start jogging again in a few weeks. Hope everyone is doing good. Aug is still going to be a rocky month for we will still be going to the lake lots in Aug, but I will try to be more aware of what goes into my mouth.

    200 Yay didn't think I lost any but for me 1 pound is good.
    6/26/2012....CW........199 Happy dance. Under 200. Hope it stays there.
    7/03/2012....CW........199 No happy dance this week. Hope to catch up next week. Darn it's slow.
    7/11/2012.....CW.......Same as last week. Stressful week. Stress is a real killer. I have to stop WORRYING about losing. It is counter productive. I didn't see a new challenge for this week, however just keeping on is a real challenge for me right now.
    7/17/2012.....CW.......200.1 Ok, enough is enough. I gained this week. Not sure why. I need to reevaluate my menu's. Hopefully there will be a loss next week.
    7/242012.....CW.......200.00 Big deal. 1/16 of a pound. Not giving up. Has to change soon.
    7/31/2012....CW........200.00 I can't believe that I didn't lose any and this am still shows 200. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I will never make it to my goal at this rate. I was in underland for one week and then.................... UGH. :brokenheart: Ir's so depressing and frustrating.

    Wow, you were quick getting the new stats up! Can you correct mine? My total loss so far is 11.5 lbs, with 3.5 lbs to go (the spreadsheet is showing 8.5 loss in error).

    Hey everyone! I forgot to update last week so I'll be updating last week and this week. I sprained my ankle two weekends ago. =( I can't workout yet but I hope to start walking by next week! Here are my results:

    GW:194lbs (July) Didnt reach my goal for July :grumble: But thats okay, I have til 8/31 to reach my ultimate summer goal of 189 and out of the 190s. Good luck everyone on the last stretch of this challenge!!!! We got this in the bag :flowerforyou:

    Back on track today, Aug 1.

    Ate a good bfast, planning on a subway salad for lunch, and will have pork kabobs, rice, and a veggie for supper. Plan on doing 30 day shred sometime this evening. Hope everyone has a good day

    Sorry for not getting challenges up sooner! I've had a hectic and stressful couple of days.
    Also, make sure you get your weights in tomorrow to be included on the spreadsheet.

    - Do 20 sit-ups a day.
    - Drink water! Make sure you are getting at least 8 cups a day.
    - Cut something out of your diet that gives you problems for the week.

    I always LOVE the water challenge-it has certainly gotten me to drink more. Sometimes it is hard at work, but getting better at it
    I will do the sit ups
    Cut something out of your diet that gives you problems for the week---baking--that's a huge downfall for me, esp at work, so here it goes starting today!
