August a Month of Mini Challenges!

So, for everyone who doesn't have an abundence of time for workouts, Melly Mel and I are putting together a month of mini challenges. If you would like participate, feel free to! Weigh ins are every Wednesday and feel free to modify if necessary!

1st - 100 Jumping Jacks
2nd - 100 Crunches
3rd - 50 Chair Presses
4th - 35 minutes of any Cardio (dancing, running, swimming, etc)
5th - 30 push ups, 30, leg raises and 20 minutes of Cardio
6th - 100 squats

I will update as we go along.

    I'm in! Too late to weigh today, as I saw this after working out, eating, etc., but I'll do it tomorrow and then next Wednesday I'll be ready.

    Usually its one mini-challenge per day, so today would be jumping jacks, tomorrow will be crunches, etc.

    what are chair presses? Is that like dips?

    Haha you do the exercise for the corresponding dates :) Feel free to adjust if you feel you can do more or less :)

    Sorry for late response. You do one exercise per day. The exercise is listed next to the date. You can break it up and modify as you see fit :)

    Chair press is when you are standing, put a chair (no wheels) behind you, Stand with your feet shoulder width apart hands on the chair and lower your body and bring yourself back up.

    Just to clarify, it is one exercise for the day. If you want to do them all, more power to you! We will start off slow.
