    I'm in again for Week #3.
    I surpassed my goal last week so I'm going to up it slightly.

    Weekly Goal: 4200 per heart rate monitor
    Mon: 641; JM extreme shed & shred, walking, Monday mini challenge 200 crunches, my challenge 50 push ups
    Tues: 843; Bob Harper Pure Burn Super Strength; Tuesday mini challenge 175 squats w/weights; my challenge 30 push ups. 2 mile walk
    Wed: 434; JM Yoga meltdown, Lauren Brooks 12 min fat blast kettlebell, 2 mile walk, Wednesday mini challenge 225 tricep extensions
    Thur: 0; day of rest with exception of Thursday mini challenge 225 calf raises; off step, regular w 10lb & 15 lb weights (have no clue on calorie burn)
    Fri: 0; have not felt well past 2 days
    Sat: 890; JM extreme shed & shred & yard work
    Sun: 509; JM 6 week 6 Pack & yard work

    Weekly goal: 3,500 (7/23-7/29)

    Monday: 536 calories…Jogging and walking at dog park
    Tuesday: 894 calories…Zumba class and dog walk
    Wednesday: 649 calories…Zumba class
    Thursday: (rest day) 260 calories…dog walking
    Friday: 371 calories…Jogging and walking at dog park
    Saturday: 670 calories…Jogging and walking at dog park
    Sunday: 906 calories… Zumba class and hour-long dog walk

    Total: 4,232

    Yay! I am going to be at a conference this next week and busy at night, so I know I won’t be able to knock out these kind of numbers every day, but I am going to make time for ME and do as much as I can. Good luck everyone!

    Weekly Goal:
    Mon: calories burned = 1366 - (3 mile walk lunch, 275 - 20 mins cross-trainer, 533 - 33 mins running, 79 - 5 mins swimming)
    Tues: calories burned = 319 - 40 mins walking
    Wed: calories burned = 1181 - (running, cross trainer and walking)
    Thur: calories burned = 437 - (60 mins walking)
    Fri: calories burned = 1389 (walking, running, cross-training)
    Sat: calories burned = 445 (walking)
    Sun: calories burned = 155 (walking)

    Total: 5292
    Left to go: -1792

    Without lunchtime walking (i.e. just gym) = 2840 (so missed by 660).

    Good idea setting targets like this, will try to do this myself in future!

    Goal: 7,000

    Mon: 698 (4.5 run, it was ok)
    Tue: 339 (Just a short errand on the bike. it was H O T out)
    Wed: 2554 (29-ish bike) and 843 (nice evening run to work out the muscle soreness from the bike ride)
    Thu: 1032 (4.95 mile run. . . again, very hot out, pushed the hills anyway)
    Fri: 1302 (8.17 mile run Started at 5:30 thinking it would be cooler? Nope)
    Sat: 0 spent the day at the zoo with the kids and their mother.
    Sun: 1916 (22.29 mile bike ride-- GPS batt. died and flatted. Again, otherwise would have gone another 7.3)875(4.2 miles run to make up for not finishing my ride)

    Total:9559

    2559 calories to the plus.
