    I am doing the sit ups and push ups. I'm starting week 2 for sit ups tomorrow. I've been doing day 1 for push ups for aaages now but I managed seven in a row on Friday last week so I think I'll suck it up and move on to day two tomorrow (although I'm anticipating repeating weeks in the future). I'll definitely be checking in! It's motivating to see everyone else here doing so well :)
  • I started 100 push ups a few months ago but had to stop because exam season had started. =/ However, now that next exam season is in 9/10 months, I can't start it again! When I stopped, I got to week 3 I think, and got to about 25 push ups in one go. I've just done the initial test and got 17 done! Good luck everyone! Happy pushing, haha.

    ps. Try out Tabata squats! (There's a Youtube video which you can use.) About a year ago I learnt to do 200 squats in under 4 minutes using that video. It's quite brilliant. (=

    This sounded like a lot of fun - and it is adding to what I am already doing. Did the 99 Workout, and 100 Workout last week, which I highly recommend, by the way. Very challenging.

    So I did the initial test:

    112 Squats (I have strong legs)
    72 Situps (proud of that, considering I struggled to do 12 a few short months ago)
    12 Pushups (I truly SUCK at these, which is why I'm doing this challenge)

    Will be good to see how we all progress through the 6 weeks.

    Where is everyone? I know you are out there....Let’s see some numbers

    I am doing it in 3-4 sessions per week versus all at one session. The work is being put in and
    to me that is the overall goal. I am definitely stronger than when I started.

    I did a challenge with the situps-crunches last year, 200 a day. in a year's time i noticed the diff in my belly area, i can wear my pants below my navel now if i want to but i'm too old. i still have that surgery flap at the very bottom of my belly though, nothing can help that but surgery again. i still do the 200 every other day.

    Now this is tyoe of challenge that will definitely help me out! I am required to do situps and pushups for my PT test and I suck at them!

    Initial test:
    Push ups: 12
    Sit ups: 8
    Squats: 40
