    WOW! Good job! Same thing happens here. No matter what I visit the doctor for, I ALWAYS get the weight loss print outs.
    I've lost about 65 pounds in the past year or so by just watching what I eat and working out.
    There are definetly weeks and sometimes months that aren't perfect, but if you just get back on track it will all work itself out!
