    Busy month and have only gotten to the gym twice, but here are the numbers so far.

    August 1 - 11.9 miles on treadmill, elliptical, and cycle
    August 10 - 10.23 miles on cycle

    22.13 miles down and 52.87 miles needed to make my goal.

    8-10 2.2 run, 10 spin bike, swim 1

    did some running yesteraday, it was humid and hot, but I did do some.
    It's nice and rainy and cool today so I plan to get a good run in. Here is my update for yesterday.

    Got in 6 miles this morning (ran 4 1/2 keeping a 8:30 min/mile pace, then had to walk/run the rest), but was unable to run them all...but I did good considering I didn't want to run at ALL. Worked too later, got no sleep and was up TOO early. I believe I will take a nap now.

    8/4 - 9 mi - 8 (run 1 / walk 1) + 1 walk

    8/11 - 10.3 - 9.3 (run 1 / walk 1), + 1 walk

    Hiked 6 miles and swam half a kilometer today. Clocking miles just by hiking and swimming is a tough undertaking, however I'm still on track to make my goal :bigsmile:
