    I'm in.

    Monday: 532 calories burnt doing a total of 76 min on the treadmill, recumbant bike, and a combination of stretching and strength excercises for my recovering shoulder.

    I think is a very nice challenge but probably it should..nah it's a nice challenge anyways good thinking!

    I guess most people will burn that in 3 days using the ultrafabulous and megahypereffective elliptical.

    Not entering because I do treadmill and kill myself to be there 35 mins to burn 300 cals, but good luck everyone.
