I am new here so I am just re-starting my exercise routine after stopping at the beg. of July (Vacation always gets me) I thought a challenge would be a good way to get back on track,I don`t know if I can burn 3,500 a week but I want to give it a try:)

I think is a very nice challenge but probably it should..nah it's a nice challenge anyways good thinking!
I guess most people will burn that in 3 days using the ultrafabulous and megahypereffective elliptical.
