    I haven't been on this site for over one year. My wife and I had our first child and she is now old enough that I have been cycling with her in a pull behind trailer.

    We did 20 miles yesterday in roughly 2 hours. We've been riding 2-3 times a week, roughly 15-20 miles each ride. I've gained 16lbs over the last year, time to burn it off.

    i have a stationary bike, never done this before, im in, i wanna do 5 miles a ride 3 times a week, thats a good start no?

    Glad I found this group. I'm biking my way into 34 inch pants.

    I've got a 148 miles on my bike this month thus far. Just went up local cat 5 climb and didn't drop below the 39x21. Been a goal for a while!

    I got my new bike today. It is a Raleigh something. (That sounds really bad, doesn't it? I don't even know the model) It was a floor model at the bike store and the price was marked down. I rode it around the block a few times, but didn't have time for anything farther. It feels great so far.
