    AMAZING LOSSES!!!!!!!!!!! so motivating!!

    i hate to be a pain but my #'s are wrong...i've actually lost 14lbs i started the challenge at 214 and im down to 200!!

    Well I did the exact opposite of the challenge this summer - I have gained around 6 pounds, and I feel icky. Things are starting to slow down here, so starting Monday I am going to start counting again, and I want to do cardio 3 days (either walking or jogging) and 30 day shred once or twice a week. I hope everyone is doing great.

    Are there any thoughts on keeping the challenge, or starting the new challenge for the fall.

    There will be a new challenge in the fall :)

    I haven't had much success either. :-/ I need to get back on track.

    Well today I said I was back at it. Well I can barely move from playing 3 games of slow pitch yesturday. Will try to get in a 3km walk this evening. Going to try to watch what I eat today, but I know that I will be over my calories, but we will slowly get back into the game.

    193.2 this morning. Under calories every day this week and worked out on treadmill or in pool for 6 days. Sunday was off, but still walked my 10,000 steps.

    didn’t make it. my work schedule has grown so it's not working out for me to get to the gym. Though, I do dance and run with the toddlers every day!!

    I've finally started moving from my plateau!!! 6/7 weeks of hell and finally to see a lower number is amazing.

    Weighed in at 149.4 this morning :-D yey I'm in the 140's!!! Whoooo!!

    Definitely cant wait for the next challenge which will end around my birthday which was my original goal - I dont think I'll get there now but it's possible - going to give it my best shot!!!

    My problem hasnt been staying within my calorie limits...im usually below them most days. Its my lack of motivation to bring my butt to the gym!! i'm going to try and get a few days in this week hopefully that will bring me under 200!! sooo close!!

    Coming to you remotely from Carribean Beach Resort in Walt Disney World, Florida, so unable to weigh myself this morning, however, I did weigh myself on Friday morning before we left home, so I can give you that one...


    My Summer Challenge week 11 results:

    Week 1 - 6/5: 157
    Week 2 - 6/12: 155.5
    Week 3 - 6/19: 153.5
    Week 4 - 6/26: 152.5
    Week 5 - 7/3: 151.5
    Week 6 - 7/10: 150.5
    Week 7 - 7/17: 149
    Week 8 - 7/24: 148
    Week 9 - 7/31: 146.5
    Week 10 - 8/7: 144.5 (2 pounds lost since last week!)

    Week 11 - 8/14: 144 (weight from 8/10 due to lack of scale in WDW -- .5 lb. loss since 8/7)

    Challenge GW:143 (total 14 lbs. lost toward goal since start of challenge, 1 lbs. to go!)

    Not expecting to lose this week while on vacation, given we are on the WDW Dining Plan, but hoping not to gain!
