    Very motivating. Eat less, drink more, be merrier in the end. Oh well off the couch into the shoes and onto the side walk.

    Well said! Thank you for the helpful hints. I just joined MFP and am excited to be continuing on a weight loss journey. I have lost about 60 pounds but now need to reve it up. Bike riding and going to the gym have helped. Thanks again!:

    Nice post - personally I'd disagree with Breakfast but the rest is spot on :).
    Works well for some, but not really for me and many others (basically end up eating more over all so calories in is more than it could be. Everything else certainly, though.

    If I was to list the 10 things I have learned, it would look a lot like this list. Especially burn more than you eat, and do something you like. Great post. Everyone on MFP should read this post.

    What a great story!!! Today is my first day with MFP, I only hope I can stay as strong as you do everyday. I'd love to see some drastic results in myself in 200 days.......
