I have dropped from 145lb to 93lb and then back up to 108lb. I'm 5'1.
Here's my collage from about 6 months ago which shows me at my heaviest, and the bottom row shows progress pics down to 98lbs.
Since then I gained a lot of muscle.
Two weeks ago at 108lbs:
Still a work in progress but you get the idea. This morning I discovered a 2 pack on my stomach.
Congratulations, you look great. That is exactly what I am aiming for, a body with muscle tone.0 -

I started my own "weight loss program" in May of this year, my heaviest was 143lbs. and through my own thing, i cut down to 133lbs (where I am now), I just found MFP last night and I'm so glad I found this! I'm just a little over 5'2 (5'2 3/4 when I have to stand up straight at the doctor's) and i'm super excited to make MFP a part of my daily routine.
maybe I'll even post before and after photos later despite my shyness, who knows.0 -

I am 5'2" and started my journey at what I thought was 156Lbs in Sept 2011. I have been using Sparkpeople. But just a week ago I logged onto MFP and noticed I logged in at 161.5Lbs in October 2010!! I am now 128-130ish (depending on the scale).
