      I took this pic the other day to show how long my hair is getting. Was surprised to see actual muscles in the picture! Kind of made me want to strut around the beach with my arms like this...but then I realized I would look like a total dork and likely embarrass my kids. hehehe

      Genuine question- I would LOVE to have definition in my arms, however they are the worst part of my body, I have at least 4 inches of pure flab on them and awful bingo wings. I still have at least 50 pounds to lose. I started strength training 6 weeks ago, I do deadliftt, squat, bench press, clean and press and rows- do you think it's possible for me to have decent arms?
