    Mon: 1523 calories (9 mile hill run @ 13:27 pace + .75 mi walk & cool down)
    Tues: 250 calories (20 min pace walk with my son)
    Wed: 1118 calories (6.04 run @ 10:59 pace + 2.05 walk & cool down)
    Thurs: Day Off
    Fri: 977 calories (6.03 run @ 10:48 pace + .67 mi walk and cool down )

    Week 3 Remaining: met goal and still have a run on Sunday... Woo hoo!!!
