    Wed: 4.02 mi 40 min 552 calories LOL I guess 40min is the same no matter what you do
    Thur: kayaking about 5mi i didn't wear my GPS :63min 408
    Fri: bicycling 40.3mi 162min 2204
    Sat: backpacking 2.7mi 175min hiking 4.6 105 min 700 calories- allegedly higher calories based on time I think we were going slow
    Sun: backpacking 2.7mi 115min bicycling 13.4mi 55min 1148

    Week 3: Goal 3800 - last week I had a tough time making my goal, so I will keep it the same as last weeks.

    Mon: 1523 calories (9 mile hill run @ 13:27 pace + .75 mi walk & cool down)
    Tues: 250 calories (20 min pace walk with my son)
    Wed: 1118 calories (6.04 run @ 10:59 pace + 2.05 walk & cool down)
    Thurs: Day Off
    Fri: 977 calories (6.03 run @ 10:48 pace + .67 mi walk and cool down )
    Sat: 595 calories (53 min on stationary bike and elliptical)

    Week 3 Total: 4433
    Week 3 Remaining: did this!!

    Mon: 1,360 calories burned (65 min Elliptical, FitBit adjustment from 20,000+ Steps / 50 stairs)
    Tues: 1,354 calories burned (35 min Elliptical, 26 min of weights, FitBit adjustment from 20,000+ Steps / 50 stairs)
    Wed: 1,002 burned (65 min Elliptical and I forgot my FitBit so no steps or stairs counted)
    Thur: 1,317 calories burned (35 min Elliptical, 26 min of weights, FitBit adjustment from 20,000+ Steps / 50 stairs)

    Originally I was going to put 10K for my goal, but I thought it was too ambitious. Now I realize it's not too difficult if you stay focused and take advantage of even small opportunities to get in a few extra steps or stairs.

    Great workout man..........don't think -ve , if u can do 9k then u can easily do 10k :smile: ..........
    i started from 200 kcals from 15 mins of treadmill workout and increased it gradually upto 3000 kcals daily from 3 hrs of vigorous workout in just 42 days:tongue: ..........if a lazy man like me can do it then sure u can do it too :smile:

    Well in my first week, I set my goal at 3000, but I managed 5427 calories burned. This week Im setting my goal at 4500 calories for the whole week and we'll see how I do. Will keep you informed.
