So many I can't list them all here. I agree with everything suggested so far. I'll also add:

Center around (should be center on)

When people put more or most in front of words that already have an -er or -est suffix
    ie - Most funniest

"and I" is perfectly correct when it's the subject: "My husband and I went for a bike ride" but not when it's the object as in your examples. Simple rule o' thumb: If you would use "I" by itself, as in "I went for a bike ride" then use it in the pair. If you would use "me", as in "Grammar mistakes piss me off" then use it in the pair.

THE WORD IS LOSE! NOT LOOSE! YOU CANNOT LOOSE 10 POUNDS! That drives me batshnit crazy.

This! and I also can not stand when people say " I have a great ideal" instead of " I have a great idea" what is up with that?

I agree with the ones you put! Even anxious/eager... it's funny how so many people misuse words based on their connotations! Like the word 'plethora'... most people just use it to say 'a lot of something' but it actually has negative connotations, like 'too much of something'!

The worst thing I ever see coming from literate people is mixing up our and are.... "welcome to are home."
    So painful!

When people write "dose" and believe that is how you correctly spell "does." I have seen this far too many times. It makes me sad for humanity really...

My biggest pet peeve regarding grammar, ironically, is people constantly posting threads about their grammatical pet peeves.

"Supposebly". It is not "supposebly." It's SUPPOSEDLY.

    Samwich. The word is sandwich.

"I need to ax a question." You don't AX a question. You ASK a question.

Warsh. THERE IS NO "R" IN THE WORD WASH.

    Liberry. It is library.

    Whether and weather.

well and good. (ex: "I slept so good last night!" Um, no, you slept "well" last night.)

And I cannot handle when people say..."I seen you at the mall on Saturday." NOOOO! It's "saw!"
