13.8 miles tonight. Holy Smokes! It must have been "Hold Family Conference on the Bike Trail" night. I must have had to stop at least 5 times just on my way back because of groups spread out on the trail and most of them weren't moving, they were just talking. Oh well, I'll just figure that I got in a good HIIT workout with all of that stopping and starting.

As crazy as car drivers can be sometimes, I find cars more predictable than walkers so I try to stay on the road rather than use paths.0 -
