    When I went to get dressed this morning for work (I am a teacher and out for the summer) ALL of them were too big and I had to hunt around for a belt to keep them up. Great feeling, want it to happen more!
  • because i go back to school 2 weeks today, and I want to look as different as I can from when I finished for the summer

    I wish there was a "like" button for your comments girls. You can do it. It's a one moment by moment choice. Do things that distract you in a good way. Read a book, walk, talk to your friends.     Today I will stay on track because I promised my mom that I would commit to finally getting under 170 (and staying there) by the end of August!

Because I only get this one body, and it has to last my whole life. Because I love the way it feels when I finish my workout stronger today than yesterday, and want to feel the same way tomorrow.     Today I will stay on track because it is my granddaughter's fifth birthday! I want to set a good example for her (and her mother), and, not only do I want to attend her wedding ... and graduation, and 21st birthday, and 30th birthday ... I want to DANCE at these occasions!

    today i will stay on track because i did yesterday and i wanna keep it up :) and i have a lofty goal to reach by december -- it's not gonna fall into my lap, i have to work for it! and i'm going to do just that. couch to 5k - week 2 day 2, TONIGHT :)

    Today I'll stay on track because I am officially at a lower weight than I have been in 6 years, and I'm not starving myself or obsessing. I actually enjoy fueling my body correctly and find the exercises classes at my gym extremely fun.

    Today I will stay on track because I need to. Now that I'm done breastfeeding I have the time and energy to exercise. I have until December to lose 20-30 pounds and to get myself ready for the dance classes I'll be taking next spring term. If I don't start getting back into good routines, I'll never be ready.

    Today I'll stay on track because for the first time in almost 20 years, my knees aren't always bothering me. I never believed the doctors when they said that just a few pounds would cause the horrible stress on my already awful joints... stupid, stupid me.
