I've been so bad at logging in the last two weeks!!! I'm overloaded with work - working from home doesn't allow you to say no very often! Plus, I felt better enough to go out for a run this morning. Felt great to hit the pavement again!!! Still have a bit of a pain on the left side of my chest, so I "tried" to slow down my pace a bit. So here are my miles for the week.
Tuesday: 4.06 miles
Wednesday: 4.14 miles
Thursday: 2.71 miles
Friday: Ran 3.32 Walked 6.02

Added 6 this morning and hit my goal! 90.5. Do I keep going now, or am I done? I mean obviously I'll still run this month but am I supposed to update this forum?

Hiked 7.5 miles this evening. It was very windy so I followed a long, easy route without too many hills.
I've set myself a very high swimming goal (12 miles) this month. Swimming is one heck of a workout, but it takes ages to rack up some miles. Anyway, after almost 8 hours in the sea, I've swam 10 miles so far :happy:

Hiked 7.5 miles this evening. It was very windy so I followed a long, easy route without too many hills.
