    8/24/12 - 3 miles on elliptical, 2 miles on treadmill, 5 mile walk

    So close to goal! I would have kept on had I known I was this close!

    8/1 - 2.6 mile walk after supper
    8/2 - 3.95 run 1 min / walk 1 min with friends
    8/4 - 9 mi - 8 (run 1 / walk 1) + 1 walk
    8/5 - 1 mi walk
    8/6 - 4 mi run/walk
    8/8 - 2.7 mi (run 10/ walk 3)
    8/11 - 10.3 - 9.3 (run 1 / walk 1), + 1 walk
    8/13 - 3.1 (run 20/w5/5/3/5)
    8/15 - 3.9 (r1/w1)
    8/18 - 13 (r1/w1)
    8/22 - 5.7 (4.7 r1/w1 + 1 walk)
    8/26 - 8.5 (7.5 r1/w1 + 1 walk)

    Total 67.75 / 60 goal

    Hey Dinos - this may be the latest I have ever entered in a month but the past two months have been nuts. Got back to the Bahamas a week ago and have gotten in 5 days of beach walks or 12.5 miles. Going for 12.5 more before the month is over - so include me if it's not too terribly late!!!

    Hiked 7.5 miles this evening. It was very windy so I followed a long, easy route without too many hills.

    I've set myself a very high swimming goal (12 miles) this month. Swimming is one heck of a workout, but it takes ages to rack up some miles. Anyway, after almost 8 hours in the sea, I've swam 10 miles so far :happy:

    6.5 miles at the lake today.

    I ran 5.75 of the 6.5 mile hard mountain trail at a pace of 9'27"/mile; the last time I ran this trail was about 6 or 7 weeks ago and I only managed 5 miles at a pace of 10'/mile, so I'm happy with the improvement. Could be that Tough Mudder bootamp is helping my run a bit???

    @ vmgals: I don't know what this bootcamp is all about , but judging from your pace you bet it helps. I can't run half the distance at this speed on a flat track. Your numbers are amazing
