Hiked 7.5 miles this evening. It was very windy so I followed a long, easy route without too many hills.
I've set myself a very high swimming goal (12 miles) this month. Swimming is one heck of a workout, but it takes ages to rack up some miles. Anyway, after almost 8 hours in the sea, I've swam 10 miles so far :happy:

Hey Dinos - this may be the latest I have ever entered in a month but the past two months have been nuts. Got back to the Bahamas a week ago and have gotten in 5 days of beach walks or 12.5 miles. Going for 12.5 more before the month is over - so include me if it's not too terribly late!!!

6.5 miles at the lake today.
I ran 5.75 of the 6.5 mile hard mountain trail at a pace of 9'27"/mile; the last time I ran this trail was about 6 or 7 weeks ago and I only managed 5 miles at a pace of 10'/mile, so I'm happy with the improvement. Could be that Tough Mudder bootamp is helping my run a bit???

@ vmgals: I don't know what this bootcamp is all about , but judging from your pace you bet it helps. I can't run half the distance at this speed on a flat track. Your numbers are amazing0 -
