    Hi all
    Been away from the forum since the heat hit. I totally bottomed out and didn't do much in the way of deliberate exercise at all. Since the weather shift, I've been playing tennis, or practicing against the wall, and using my rowing machine. I am here to get kick-started again.
    I'll jump back in on Monday the 27th!!

    Goal for week #1 July 30th - 450 minutes - did it = 66 minutes over YAY!!!!
    Goal for week #2 - August 6th - 450 minutes again! Beat it over by 7 minutes!
    Goal for week #3 - August 13th - 425 minutes - beat it by 3 minutes
    Goal for week #4 - August 20th - 425 minutes

    Monday: 51 minutes - treadmill
    Tuesday: 41 minutes - treadmill
    Wednesday: 59 minutes - treadmill/Wii
    Thursday: 39 minutes - bike ride (had to do it)
    Friday: 58 minutes - Wii
    Saturday: 55 minutes - awesome bike ride!

    May, June and July were fun...I'm up for August!
    Made my 10 pound goal for July 13th!! Got into my skinny jeans!!
    Starting July 16th, my next goal is 7 pounds down by the end of August; 450 mins a week plus at least 10,000 steps a day.
    Seven weeks...seven pounds...490,000 total steps...what fun!
    Didn't meet my goal the first week...must have a 'moving to a new house hangover!!' Couldn't do anything except look at all the boxes to be unpacked. The first week in August will be different.
