    Wow, some of you guys have lots of time to get out and ride. I'm jealous! I feel pretty good about my summer so far, had to take some time off in Auguest due to an injury, but I'm back riding again!

    Glad you're back! I hope you're feeling better. I have been able to enjoy some free time in the evenings when my husband is home. I'm afraid that I may lose that free time after I send my children back to school next week. Then homework and dance class and all of the other horrible routines start back up.

    12.5 miles tonight. Holy Smokes! My little 7 year old daughter has been begging me to take her with me. I've put it off because I didn't think that she would make it. Finally, I promised that she could try on Saturday. So we rode my favorite ride to the pond 6.3 miles each way. Including the time spent feeding the ducks, it took us about 3 hours. Slow to the point of insanity, but she was so happy and so proud that she made it the whole way.

    Nice! I better tell my 8yo she needs to get it in gear we only go like 2 miles to the park.
