Hello ladies who are approx 5'3 or 5'4.
I'd like to know what is your goal weight? (and jean size?)
I seem to have hit a plateau and would like to know if I should accept this as the weight I should maintain or if I can lose more.

5'4", 135. I am good between 130-137 though. ETA I'm guessing it will probably be jeans size 4-6 for me.0

I'm 5'3 and the girl on my profile lol.... In at 138 and a size 6 jeans. My goal weight is 130.0

I'm going for 135... it's actually what I weighed when I graduated high school. That was with a lot of muscle, too... Lower than 130 and I think you can start looking a little sickly. I am right around 5'3.0

I'm almost 5'3", my goal weight is 120. I currently weigh 129 and wear a 3-5 in jeans. I would like to maintain 120 and get back down to a 2-3 in jeans. Hope that helps!0

I am 5'4.
I started at 214 lbs in January. I am currently around 180 lbs (hard to say because my scale is weird and cheap, lol).
My goal weight is 160. But anything less would be awesome because I've never been under 165 in my adult life.
I am unsure of what size I wear right now, I think I'm around a 12 (all my 16 and 14 pants are loose).
I want to be a size 8 or less.0 -
I am 5'3" and weigh 136 and wear a size 8...pushing to a 9. Goal is 118 and back to a size 5.0

My goal is 123, no idea what pant size that will be. I'm 5'30

My goal weight is 125-130 . When I go lower I start to have too much bones showing, and I lose a lot of my cup size. (SERIOUSLY. I've been 110 before and went to like an A cup, I'm a C cup right now lol)

Good question. I have not been under 200 in my adult life so the fact I am in my 190's is huge for me. I have no idea what my goal weight is or what it should be. I guess I will figure it out when I get there.0

I'm 5'3" - Right now I have no idea really on a true goal weight. The last time I felt halfway okay about myself, I was a 12/14 and weighed 170 lbs. I wouldn't mind just getting to there and seeing how that feels. I have no disillusions about getting to 120 lbs or anything, because I don't believe I will with how I carry my body and build and muscle. I honestly, just want to be happy and feel good in the end and I don't know where that will be since I haven't been smaller in so long. Right now, having ballooned back over 280-something, I'd be beyond thrilled to just get to 200!!! =/0

I'm 5' 4.5" and my goal is 130 lbs. I would like to be able to fit into a size 6 for jeans and size 4 dress. I currently weigh 162.2 lbs, and wear a size 10 in jeans.

I'm 5'3. At this height, you look great anywhere from 118 to 135. At 118 you're stick thin. Size 2. At 135, you're thin. Size 4.

I'm 5'4", 185 and my goal right now is 145. I've been down to 130ish, and I might change my goal when I get down to that when I hit my first goal. I'm just trying to make attainable milestones and goals.0

Everyone carries their weight differently. I think the best way to determine what weight you look good at is to gauge as you lose weight. I am 5'3" and 108lbs, and I don't think I am stick thin sine I am pear shaped and have hips.0 -
I'm 5'3". My goal weight is 113-115. I'm currently 121 and my pants size is 0-2.0

I'm 5'4", currently sitting at 232 lbs. My ultimate goal is to get down to 135 (my ticker is set for my pre-pregnancy weight). My heaviest, at 41 weeks pregnant, was 271. I have no idea what size I would be at goal. At 204, my current mini goal, I was between a 14/16.0

I'm 5'3" and currently 169. My first goal is to get down to 155. I think I would be happy at 135, so I will say that is my final goal. I was 135 back in 2007 and I was really happy with my body then. So I posted some pictures of myself at that weight here http://cardioandkids.blogspot.com/2012/08/before-and-afters-53-total-pounds-down.html so I can see what I look like now versus what I WANT to look like and motivate myself! I've never been lower than 135 in my adult life, so I don't know if I would go lower than that or not. Probably no lower than 130.0

I'm 5'3" and I'm at my best when I'm 57kg (125.6 pounds). At that weight I'm a size 8-10 (australian) which I think is a size 4 - 6 US. More of my clothes at that weight would have been a 10 than an 8 though it just depends on the brand.
Anything over 60kg (132kg) and I'm carrying noticeably extra fat (though am still thin at size 12). My heathy weight range for my height goes up to 65kg (143 pound) before I'm put into the 'overweight' catagory.
That said my love of comfort eating and cooking nice dinners (and not exercising!) since I've been married has seen me go up to 79kg (174 pound and size 16 Au, 12 US), so I have a bit to go. If I can get back to 60kg and maintain it I'll be happy.0 -
I'm almost 5ft 3in and until I had my second child and then an undiagnosed underactive thyroid I was always around 119. However, I have now set my goal to 133 and will see what happens when I get there, because I am much older than when I was that weight before and 133 is still well in the normal range.
UK jeans sizes are obviously different,because at 174lb I am wearing an 18 and would expect to be about a 10 at goal weight.0 -
I am 5'3 and I would LOVE to hit 120!! I used mfp for 3 month and lost 10 pounds before meeting my boyfriend and I now I am back to 131!0

I'm 5'4 and weigh 127 pounds. My goal is to weigh 120 pounds and to tone up my body! A little unsure that I will be able to maintain the weight as I have always eaten a very healthy diet and been between 125-130 for the past few years.
Oh, and in pants I'm between a 4-60 -
