i am 5'3.5 and currently 135...i would like to get back down to around 129-130 ideally...i have a medium frame so i carry it pretty well (i wear a size 4 or 6)...i had my daughter in march and i have lost 40 lbs since delivery...i could be content to stay 135 or under, but i was happiest with my body closer to 130 now i need to work on toning0

I'm just under 5'3 but count my height as that. I weigh about 136-137 and my goal weight is 130. I would like to be 130 and muscular. Right now I'm 136 and muscular...ehhh0

Im 5'3 1/2 my goal weight is 140 but I want to tone back up to 150. Not sure what size pants though0

5'4 and my goal is 117. I am at 127 now, may stop at 120 but I will see when I get there. I am where size 4 and size 6 jeans now, don't really have a goal on jean size for me it's more about me being happy with myself0

I'm about 5'3" and wearing a (juniors) size 9 (some 7s fit ) or a petite 8...... Ideally I'd like to get back to 110-115 (and back to my size 3 juniors )..... And if I end up loosing some of my bust.... well I'm fine with that...... I'm an impossible size (34 DD)...... if I can have my C cups back and can wear just about any shirt without looking too slutty, then I'm going to be in super happy mode :DDD0

I am 5'4 and shooting for 125. Right now I am at 140ish and size 10. Eariler in the summer I got to 132, but still thought I needed to loose some. I would like to get to size 8 or even 6. I started the year at 185.0

I'm 5'2. My goal was 130 but the closer I am to that (I'm within a couple of pounds now), I'm thinking more 120-125.0

I am 5'4 and started at 212. I am currently at 197 and my goal weight is to get down to the 120-130 range. I have never been below 150 since middle school, so I have no idea what pant size I am going to wear or how this weight is going to look off of me; back when I was 150 I was a size 10-12, so the size 6 yall keep mentioning makes me wonder if I will be in that pant size range too!0

I am 5'3.5" and my UGW is 120lbs. I don't just "exercise" I work out and run a lot so I want to maintain lean toned muscle and look healthy and trim. SW of 168lbs, currently 135lbs. I have not been 120lbs since I was 16 so I will wait and see how I feel/look when I hit 120lbs. I really want to lose my remaining belly pudge!0

I'm 5'4 and half. I am currently 176 and as an adult I have never been less than 140. I am often told that i am big boned and thick. I was told this even at my peak of fitness when I was healthy and fit in high school . I was a member of track team and was a hurdler. So I say that I would be happy to get back to 150 but I don't think I would ever go below 140. I wear a size 16 now would love to get back to 12's or maybe even a 10.0

I am 5'3 and currently at 168.4. At my happiest weight I was about 130 and would like to get between 130-135. Right now I am in about a size 12 pants, would like to be about 8.

I'm 5'3, not really sure what my ultimate goal is because I have been over 200lbs for so long, but I am (as of right now) shooting for 130 to 140 don't know what size that would put me in.0

I'm 5' 4" and am 128lbs, my goal weight is 115lbs. I've been that weight in college and was a comfortable size 2 I think you should look up what your frame size might be and and go from there. A medium frame healthy weight I'm pretty sure is anywhere from 111-138.0

I'm 5'2, small frame, 113 lbs, size 2, this works for me because my legs are short and any extra weight goes right to my thighs which not only makes me appear shorter, all my clothes fit horrible on my frame. My top weight was 129 and i was miserable at that time.0

I am 5''4 and a half (give our take almost 5''5) i started at 220 and am at 203. I got down to 185 before and felt/looked great! I am aiming for 175 this time.0

I am 112lbs.
I have been fluctuating between 108lbs and 112lbs lately (figuring out maintenance). My heaviest weight was around 140lbs.
I think after my Triathlon this Saturday, I will set my new goal to 106lbs. I plan on taking Adult Ballet this semester! Yay!0 -
I don't care what my jean size will be... I only care that I look good, feel good and am between 140-155 lbs. I have a larger frame so no matter what below that I'll look sickly.0

I'm 5'4 and I remember being at 145 pounds a long time ago, and was just barely fitting into a size 12 jeans even tho my shirt size was small. I carry most of my weight in the butt and thighs so I will probably have to go pretty low to get into a size 6 or 8 which would be my goal. Going for 130 but will have to see what I look like when I get there. May decide to keep going if the problem areas are still too big at 130.0

I am 5'4 and have been stuck at 120-125 for the last year now. I really want to get back to 108-110 range. All of my weight is in my stomach right now. I have adrenal fatigue which causes the spare tire. I have tried everything - every diet, running, videos - every diet pill out there and nothing seems to work. So I went to a health and wellness doctor who is helping me with the fatigue part and says that once we get that under control I should be able to lose weight. I just wish it would happen sooner rather than later.0

My ultimate goal is 165 or 170. When I get there I may re evaluate but I really want to get back into a 12.0

5'4" and currently weigh 131. I wear a 4-6 pant and I would be happy to stay right where I am. I weighed 135 in college and wore an 8-10 pant. Muscle is awesome!0
