Finally started last night, had some ground to make up.

3 minutes followed by 100 sit ups, and 25 side crunches each side followed by 2 more minutes

    5 down - 55 to go.

I must withdraw from the challenge, as it is starting to cause me problems.
    To everyone else, Enjoy

So far I'm sticking with a 2 minute total for each day, only upping it when I want a little break. Because we are coming up on a weekend, I'm doing 4 minutes total (about 30 sec-1min holds) today and tomorrow. So far I'm on track!

I know I signed up for this ages ago and managed to get two minutes done. It has since fallen off the radar. I did do another two minutes tonight though so let's try to catch this baby up.
    4/60 done

To the op- the title did scare me!

But after reading I realize it's 60 minutes broken up into many days..whew!

The only ab work i pretty do is just planks! I don't do any situps or crunches. I am a HUGE believer in the plank.

    Awesome challenge.
