    I weigh myself on Thursday evening before my workout....I lost 2 lbs this week :)

    2.2lbs down today! I don't usually lose over 1.5lbs a week.

    20.8lbs down since starting MFP. Only a million more to go. D:

    If you need to lose a million pounds, you may want to have that checked out, sounds serious!

    I tried the Friday weigh in for the first time last week and this morning, down 3.3 pounds! Best week in a long time

    I lost 4.2 lbs this week and hit 60.2 lbs lost. WOO HOO. So happy for myself :-) and for all of you who lost as well!

    I am a Friday weigher too!! I am up 0.2lbs, but I am trying to maintain or even gain a little mass, so that is good for me. Also, do my measurements every Friday. They are holding steady!! WOOT WOOT.. Hope eveyone has the very best results on their Friday weigh in.

    Thanks for the thread! I am an obssessie daily weigher but HOPING to be a Friday weigher soon! :) It's on my plan of things to accomplish.

    Congratulations on your success so far!

    I'm currently at goal weight but have recently quit smoking so I'm trying to monitor the aftermath of that as best I can!

    Weighed in this morning. I lost 1.2 pounds this week, bringing my total loss (since mid-August) to 7.2 pounds.

    I am up about 4.5 pounds but I have not weighed in for a few weeks and just had my son's wedding which included no exercising, tons of food and toooooooo many drinks in a week span....so back on track now.......and really felt horrible not staying within my regular exercise and eating....so their you go!!!

    0.6 lbs. for me this week. I'm actually happy with that, since I delibrately jumped off the wagon on Sunday. I'm also lifting heavier than normal and started creatine supplementation this week (tend to retain more water).

    I am also a Friday weigher. This week I lost 2.4 lbs. That makes me 53 lbs down.:drinker:

    Oops. I am up 0.4lb. I am not too unhappy about it because I was at my Father's last weekend and was a little more relaxed about my food intake. I suspect it might have been more but I have managed to be fairly careful during the week.
