    Tues: 384 calories burned (coaching 1st grade girls soccer + short walk - 75 minutes total)
    Wed: 106 calories burned (quick circuit training on a rest day)
    Thur: 265 calories burned (25 minutes circuit training - crossfit-style circuit x3 then ab circuit.)
    Fri: 0 (huge pain in my neck!)
    Sat: 527 calories burned (75 minutes coaching 1st grade girls' soccer + 20m walk/run w/ my kids)

    By tomorrow I will reached 3500 calories. I've been working out to p90x and walking. I try to make it a goal to burn 500 calories a day. I've now done p90x for 2 weeks and lost 4lbs. I am really proud of myself.
