September16-Sailed back, 5 hours, first mate duties
September17-Bike, 10-12 light, 9.1 miles, 51 mins. Ave speed 10.1
September18-One hour Pilates
September19-2 miles Walking0 -

I am having one heck of a time getting anything posted. Not sure if it's my computer or my lack of technical savvy.
Sorry if I end up with two posts. Can't find the last one.
My totals thus far:
9/3 started at 5 miles
9/5 2 miles
9/6 3 miles
9/8 2 miles
9/9 2 miles
9/10 3 miles
Total of 17 miles
Add to that:
9/11 2 miles
9/13 3 miles
9/14 6 miles ( this is approximate mileage - I worked an event Forest Park Balloon Glow for work and spent almost 5 hours walking around the field - boy was I tired)
9/16 2 mile
9/17 3 miles on bike
9/18 1 miles
Total of 17 miles plus 17 from previous week =
Grand total of 34 miles - I might make this after all0 -
