Walked the dog 4 miles yesterday.
Today I walked the dog 3 miles, then did 2 miles on the elliptical (a new activity for me!).
On top of everything else that's going on, I re-pulled my hamstring (restraining the crazy dog from trying to eat a passing dachsund :grumble: ) and am having problems with my knee. :ohwell:

Today is the 20th, 2/3 of September is behind us. This is the third consecutive month with more than 200 people in the challenge. Out of the 226 people that started this month, 154 are active and have posted 5,730 miles. (Avg 37.2 miles each)
Worth mentioning is that 10 people are over 95% of their target miles, notably all of them new to the challenge. My explanation is that newbies are either too enthusiastic or greatly underestimate their potential. Or both.
Anyway, kudos to everyone for the sustained effort, let's see how far we can go till the end of the month. .0 -
