I am up about 4.5 pounds but I have not weighed in for a few weeks and just had my son's wedding which included no exercising, tons of food and toooooooo many drinks in a week span....so back on track now.......and really felt horrible not staying within my regular exercise and eating....so their you go!!!0

0.6 lbs. for me this week. I'm actually happy with that, since I delibrately jumped off the wagon on Sunday. I'm also lifting heavier than normal and started creatine supplementation this week (tend to retain more water).0

I am also a Friday weigher. This week I lost 2.4 lbs. That makes me 53 lbs down.:drinker:0

Oops. I am up 0.4lb. I am not too unhappy about it because I was at my Father's last weekend and was a little more relaxed about my food intake. I suspect it might have been more but I have managed to be fairly careful during the week.0

Down 3lbs this week. Was a great week! Went for a 5 mile jog Tuesday night and then a 3 mile jog last night. Going to start my lifting routine again after I drop another 10lbs. Lost 22lbs in 6 weeks!0

I have had a disasterous week as there have been cakes in the office every day and I have been eating it freely. I should count myself lucky in the circumstances that I have only gained 0.9lb this week. However, I need to get back on track next week and not let this week be the start of the slippery slope back to weight gain.

My first Friday weigh in - hi you guys *waving at everyone*
I'm up 0.6lb this week but that's ok, I started weight training and coupled with crazy DOMS I've absolutely had some water retention. I KNOW I've not eaten the equivalent calories so I KNOW it's not a weight gain and that makes all the difference psychologically.
