Vegetarian group. Kick-off WEEK 1

Hi! I'm mostly veggie with occasional fish. I eat organic free range eggs and organic milk - I wish I could find a humane milk brand, but maybe there's no such thing and I should move over to almond milk.
I joined in January at 145 and am half way to my to my goal weight of 123. My downfalls are wine, pasta and bread - I seem to be all or nothing about those, and exercising every day is a challenge because sometimes I JUST DON'T FEEL LIKE IT:grumble:
I want to get to the point that exercise and portion control is neither an obsession nor an avoidance, just something I do every day like brushing my teeth.
Is anyone into doing a monthly challenge for exercise or weight loss?0
