The lowest I've been is 138 a few months ago, but I decided to take a break and I gained a little too much back...lol! I'm back on routine as of now and I expect to drop in the lower 140s0 -
Started MFP November 2010(207pds)....and currently at 154...looking to lose 15-20 pds more pds....
Before and After pics.....
Tips that helps:
Preplanning meals, portioning properly, hydration(good amount of water), exercise at least 5 days a week at 30-60min timeframe. Have a great support system setup on MFP and in your home. Encouragement helps alot... When life happens take a breather but never give up on the accomplishments you have made thus far. Nothing wrong with starting over... Sometimes being on programs holds you accountable. I have done (All Jillian Michaels programs including 90DayBodyRev, and 1month of Insanity...Gym visits at least 3x a week..Heavy lifting and the proper nutritions...Eating is maintenance you can lose but doing it in a 80%healthier way is the biggest benefit to your success....
Never thought I would be a Group Power Instructor.....and Today Pic....
Proud of my Journey!! Very inspired my MFP Family....and everyone on this TOPIC looks amazing...Let's Keep Working towards our goals....0 -
Yesterday I posted a blog post about September 22nd 2012 being my 1 year steady on this new life style. Since September 22, 2011 I've lost 75.5lbs. Since 2010 I've lost 120.5lbs. I'm 5'3.
This is my photo of me in 2009 at my biggest 250lbs
I lost 70lbs while pregnant due to Gestational Diabetes. This is me pretty far pregnant.
That is a 1 year apart photo. Halloween 09 and Halloween 2010.
This is me in December a week after having my daughter. I weighed 180lbs
I ended up putting 25.5lbs back on and shot up to 205.5. I found this photo on my mom's fb that was taken on Memorial weekend I do believe or it might have been labor day weekend of 2011.
This photo was taken September 22, 2011. This was my "Let's get started, this is my before photo"
Then this is me summer of 2012 after 105-110lbs gone not fully sure.
And this was taken the other day at 118lbs gone but I'm currently at 120.5lbs gone, weighing at 129.5lbs, with just 9.5 more pounds to lose.

I started out at 283 lbs in Feb 2011 at 41 years of age then dropped to 204 lbs and now have added muscle to currently weigh 223 lbs and feel like im 22 instead of 42.
wow... You have the body of a 22 year old, and I am sure you've worked very hard to get it!!! awesome job!0 -
323lbs/23.3st -> 190lbs/13.8st
Took 12 and a half months. Looking to get down to 182lbs/13st and take it from there. Running is my primary means of exercise these days, and in a matter of months i have gone from running 200yds to 7 miles.
Anything is achievable.
absolutely A-MAZ-ING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! congrats on your MASSIVE success  (I myself, had the same awesome progress with running, as soon as I realized I loved it!)0 -
