How many days do you exercise?

4-5 days when I was at my peak.
Recently started getting back into the swing of things so I'm exercising daily (if I skip one day, I'll want to skip two ... then three - then not exercise). Daily exercise consists of nothing too strenuous though, just 30-40 minutes on the recumbent bike (with varying resistances, on different days).
Will start hitting the higher intensity stuff in a fortnight or so - and I'll (hopefully) be able to drop the workouts back to 4-5 times a week.0
