I've only been actively trying to lose weight since July 17, so my progress may not be as great as some but I'm proud of how far I've come so far and strive to keep pushing myself everyday! First photo taken July 17, Last photo was taken about a week and a half ago.

Started MFP November 2010(207pds)....and currently at 154...looking to lose 15-20 pds more pds....
    Before and After pics.....

    Tips that helps:

Preplanning meals, portioning properly, hydration(good amount of water), exercise at least 5 days a week at 30-60min timeframe. Have a great support system setup on MFP and in your home. Encouragement helps alot... When life happens take a breather but never give up on the accomplishments you have made thus far. Nothing wrong with starting over... Sometimes being on programs holds you accountable. I have done (All Jillian Michaels programs including 90DayBodyRev, and 1month of Insanity...Gym visits at least 3x a week..Heavy lifting and the proper nutritions...Eating is maintenance you can lose but doing it in a 80%healthier way is the biggest benefit to your success....
