omg... It's hard for me to think about this because it's so embarrassing! It was between:

**Arby's (2 classic beef n cheddars, large curly fry, chocolate turnover and a large mtn dew; approx 2400 cals and 333 g of carbs)

**McDonald's (mushroom angus swiss, large fries, oreo mcflurry, 2 apple turnovers, large coke; approx 2340 cals and 320 g carbs)

... and that was in addition to whatever else I ate that was horrible... ugh.

So glad I'm not there anymore!

I studied abroad in England last year, and during the time I spent there, I was able to travel to a lot of new places. One of those places was Belgium. What do you think of when someone mentions Belgium?

    Waffles.
    Chocolate.
    French Fries.

Dear god, I was there for three days, and literally, for those three days, that was all I consumed. I'm talking maybe, huge order of fries, countless chocolates (bars and truffles and omg..), and of course, waffles. At least three a day, covered in a huge scoop of deliciously creamy ice cream. Topped with whipped cream, Nutella, and strawberries.

Oh yeah, and I just so happened to be there the only day of the most famous chocolate festival in Brugge. Hurray for me! XD Over an hour of just eating every piece of chocolate that existed in Belgium. They had chocolate sculptures that you could chisel away as much as you wanted.

Stayed in a hostel, and woke up in the middle of the night with the worst stomach pains in my life. It's hard to look at chocolate now. ;-; We used to be such good friends.

Definitely pizza, I've eaten a whole large dominos to myself many times with a couple of pots of garlic dip. I always felt I'll after eating that much but sometimes just couldn't stop!

Its reassuring to know it happens to the best of us!

I swear my mind thinks I am in the depression because I eat all the food I buy even if I'm full and for some reason I convince myself to get a whole bunch of food because what happens if that fast food place stops selling that food and I can never eat it again (damn you McDs pizza!).

Worst Binge ever? Right before I started I went to burger king and got two large fries two orders of mozza sticks a whopper and two chicken sandwiches. Sadly I haven't gotten to the point yet where that amount of food grosses me out. One day soon.......

Too many binges in my lifetime to remember one specifically! My triggers are cheese dip, mexican food, taco bell, etc. I can resist sweets all day long but have absolutely NO control over cheese dip! I can easily put away enough mexican food for an entire family! :(

I am sad to say, I am an emotional binge eater from way back...I have also been a Registered Dietitian and fitness/health/diabetes educator for over 17 years. I practise what I preach. I understand what my patients/clients are going through from more than one perspective. This makes me both good at what I do and very passionate about helping people.

I won't get into details about my childhood (therapy alert!) but food became my escape...As I got older and had more control over my life, food became a bandaid for my broken hearts.

I associate food with everything good and bad in my life. I want to eat if I'm happy and if I'm sad. I can't recall one "worst" binge of all time, but I can say I have easily topped 10-15,000 cals in a 24-hr period on many occassions. I have "binged" equally on junk food and healthy food.

I think realizing this is always going to be an issue for me (sort of like a drug or alcohol addict) has helped me overcome it. I know I will probably have relapses and binge from time to time for the rest of my life. But...I also know that I alone am in control of my own actions and I alone am the master of my destiny.

I care about my health and I know how it feels to be fit and energetic and I know how it feels to be overweight and sluggish. I choose fitness and health and happiness!

I was about to binge minutes before I logged into MFP. My calories for the day are already over the permissible limit! And, I wanted more MORE!

Then I saw this post- and I dont want to do it. Not at all!
    Thanks to all of you!

My worst binges are always right before my monthly visitor; I always crave sweet and salty. So it would be noting to eat a candy bar, a grab bag of chips, and a soda in probably 30 minutes or so! I could then go home and have Butterfinger Blizzard for dessert. I have been working on ways to handle my monthly craving...some months are good and some months are terrible!

one day I ate a giant burrito from taco bell, a burger-and-fries meal from mcdonalds, most of a pizza, and most of a box of brownies. i think there may have been ice cream involved. that was my worst binge ever.

My worst binge was at the buffet at the casino. I literally ate myself sick and ending up vomiting and the feeling like crap for two days. It was awful.

Eating almost an entire small pie of pizza. They didn't have any baby pies (4 slices) so I bought the small one (6 I think) and ate 4 or 5 slices before calling it quits.
