    Walking 90 minutes (I work where I have to walk. Its really more like 3 hours)
    bicycling 25 minutes to work
    running 20 minutes at 5 mph pace

    Color Me Rad 5k this morning! Had a blast!

    Nice! I'm running my first 5k at the end of October - Cincy Run Like Hell!

    Today I did my Strong Body Circuit 1 DVD and tomorrow will run 3 miles.

    It was a gorgeous day so I played volleyball for 3 hours this morning, lifted legs, then went on an hour long bike ride with a friend.

    Almost ashamed to enter this among all of you athletes. I have an exercise allergy, and I'm just getting started with this

    30 Day Shred Level 2 Day 6, and tennis for an hour or so with my friends.

    5k run this morning
    5 min workout consisting of the following

    20 secs on 20 off (timer bunged up on me)
    3 sets of assisted pull ups
    3 sets of dips
    3 sets of bicep curls
    3 sets of push ups
    3 sets of crunches

    Thanks for this thread - it'll help me be accountable for what I'm doing and intend on doing. This week's goals is to workout 30mins a day minimum. I'm attempting the cutting diet as I've just returned from 2 months travelling and stacked it on while we were on the move.

    I am due to meet Leslie Sansone for a 5 mile walk, walk, walk later :happy: Miserable and raining cats & dogs here in the UK so indoor walking it is!

    40 minute brisk walk in my lunch break, and then day 6 of the 30 day shred once I get home!!
  • working on walking one hour a day as well as an hour of weights. Did 90 minutes bike on Friday, 150 minutes of walking on Saturday and 90 minute walk on Sunday.

    15 km bike ride home.....
  • Easy pace 12.2 kilometre run.
