    1 hr tennis
    30 mins boxing class
    45 mins Body Pump class
    45 mins Body Attack class
    Zumba

Very rare to do so many classes in one day, just something I had the opportunity to try and it was a lot of fun.

I forgot to turn on my hrm for the first few minutes, and I forgot to do the warm-up. That said, I did 30 minutes of Jackie Warner's Routine A2 (chest, quads, tri's, core). Increased from 8 lbs to 10 lbs today, also. I feel lame saying that, but ya gotta start somewhere!

Big time free weights today: Chest, bi's, calves and that little Ab Ripper X video lol. Followed it up with a crosstrainer warmup and 5 miles of intervals between about 6.5mph and 8mph.

    Hello everyone :)

Umh, I want to start running.
But does anyone have any tips, routines for me?
So I can start, and not be so hard on myself

8km run in the COLD morning air.
I've lost my running mojo a bit in the last few weeks but today was a great run!
It was a tempo run (15 mins slow, 25 mins race pace, 15 mins slow) as part of my half marathon training and today it seemed so easy. If only every run was so much fun!

    - Find a program to guide you - C25K is popular but there are lots of others too.
    - Get good shoes (and a good bra for the ladies)
    - Don't try to go too fast - run slowly to start with, build up endurance and speed can come later.
    - Enjoy becoming a runner!

Check out the group area and C25K. I'm really not an advice giver mostly due to the injury risk. There are many many programs avail. Just be sure whatever you decide to use, listen to your body. If you are doing too much too soon, cut back. That's about all I have. C25K is hugely popular and used by thousands of people.

Today was a 20 minute run and 10 minutes of strength training — one of my easy days.

Tomorrow is a 45 minute run.

Went on an hour walk. Half of the walk was uphill. Then an hour of swimming.

30 minutes of averaging 15mph on the stationary bike, 10 minutes of upper body work out on the TRX and 5 minutes with legs using kettle bells.
