This morning I started Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred. I will walk for an hour on my lunch break and will do some stretches later on tonight.0

I did 30 Day Shred Level 1 Day 4 this morning followed by 40 minutes of cardio with some weights.
It was my first time waking up early to workout (6:15am) before work and it felt amazing!0 -

Couldn't use the c25k app because my ipod didn't charge enough before I left, so I just walked/ran for 33 minutes. Forgot my inhaler, and had to stop running after 3 minutes because I was having a hard time breathing. More walking than running, but I'm ok with it. Burned 286 calories.0

PUSHUPS
Used to be able to do pushups last spring, cant anymore, pissing me off like a Mthrfkr. Starting back at 0. Really frustrating when the mind is willing and the body is MAD WEAK0 -

Today was a 2.4 mile walk/run. On week 4 day 3 of C25k. Took my 31 minutes due to a cramped ankle but I pushed through.0

warm up on the stationary bike and then dumbbell exercises: squats, lunges, side arm raises, shoulder presses and calf raises0

It was running club tonight and we did our winter handicap.
It's about 3.3 miles and I averaged 7.36 min/miles which ended up being about 35 secs slower than my pb but still a decent pace as my ultra was less than 3 weeks ago and I worked a night shift last night.0 -
Arm hercules as my coach calls it.

Up downs on a chair ( like a backwards push up)
Military with a 45 pound bar
Jumping jacks
and.....arm curls.
