What is or was your exercise for the day??

Today's various exercises include (fyi i base my diet around being sedentary since my activity level varies so wildly)
1 hour of walking in circles (approx 3mph) - lunging horses haha
trimming 3 horses feet - takes anywhere between 1 hr 30 and 2 hrs, depending on behaviour
grooming, feeding and watering my 5 personal horses by hand (good hour of grooming alone there)
HOPEFULLY going for a nightime ride like i did yesterday. the flies will already be out by the time im done lunging0 -

Today: 1 hour walk 3.5 miles/Brisk Pace
Tomorrow: Stronglifts 5x50 -
Walked one of my dogs this morning for about an hour and have kettlebell and hot pilates planned for later!0

tried out the. hase pino recumbent tandem with my hubby. included lots of walking through wintery forest and was great fun0

20 minutes of cardio intervals (running, burpees, high knees, x jumps, etc)
30 minutes of heavy weights (deadlifts, biceps, triceps)
10 minutes of recovery yoga
20 minutes of jogging with my dog.
