15 min jog followed by 30 mins strength training with 15 swim this morning - then a 5 mile walk with friends followed with a nice cup of tea - now doing a night duty!!0

10 mile run on the treadmill, it was friggen cold and windy out today.0

7 mile run in about an hour 798 cals burned according to my HRM which was great since i went out to lunch AND dinner! I also lifted back & legs today but i don't count those cals0

I finally downloaded the C25K app, so I'm kinda starting over since I now have a way to know exactly how long I ran/walked without trying to remember. That never works. I did Day 1 tonight.0

5k run in the morning with my dog (25 minutes to finish)
evening workout:
-half mile jog to warmup
-8 sprint intervals - 1/10 mile sprint, 1/10 mile walk
-body weight/plyo circuit - plyo pushups, box jumps, box skips, side box hops, pullups and dips. 8 reps per exercise, 3 rotations through the circuit, 1 minute 15 seconds between rotations.0 -
Ran 5.1 miles in 45 minutes on the treadmill and did about 20 min of strength.0

Yesterday - 30 min rowing (6,323m) & 80 min long slow distance
Today - Tri club "Tour de France" spinning class & (depending on weather) 35 min ride to and from studio.0 -
