Hi, I'm 5'4" and I weight 165lbs (last time I checked) my body fat percentage was 36% at the same time so basically I have 60lb of fat and 105lb of lean body mass
I would like to be around 15%-20% body fat so 15.75lb-21lb above lean body mass for me which gives me a target of around 120.74lb-126lb
I set my target for 40lb as its a nice round number that lands in that range however when I start getting close ill reevaluate and probably change my target to suit my progress and accommodate any muscle gain but having some method behind my numbers is really helping me stay motivated.0 -
As I started at 245 and am currently 156, my main goal is to have lost 100lbs so technically I'm aiming for 145, but I think I'll keep pushing for 135-130 once I get there (:0

i am 5 ft,4 inches. i started at 145. i am currently 135 after only 2 weeks. i heard it drops off fast at 1st,then more gradually. i would like to be 110-115.0

Im also 5'4" my current weight is 162, after losing 70 already <---so proud of it!
my goal is 130 working hard to get there before the year ends0 -
Another 5'4"- er- I started at 203, currently at 174, final goal is 145-150. I have a bigger frame. At 135 (which was my weight when I was 21- I look skeletal (not good at all).0

I'm 5'4.5 and my goal weight is 120 by Christmas and 115 by March of 2013. I'm 131 now and started at 142.0
-
I am 36 5'4 and aiming to be 130 pounds...currently 150
When I started on MFP, those were my stats! (well, 157 SW!) I had lost around 50lbs on my own and needed help with the last few. "They" say it gets harder when we're older, but I like to prove "them" wrong.0 -
My doctor said 140 was ideal for me. I would however like to get down to 135 so that I'll be at a lower weight before I get pregnant. I started out at 169 just over a year and a half ago, got down to 143 and have been maintaining there for awhile. Now I'm back to hopefully push through to the 135 mark.0

I am 5'4 currently 153 pounds from my bmi I am overweight. I am trying to get to 145-140, I would be over joyed to be 132 pounds again which I was three years ago for my wedding! :happy:0

Go to TOOLS on this web site, then select BMI. Fill in your data and a nice table comes up with "healthy" weight ranges.0

I'm 5ft3 - started here at 155
CW: 140
GW: 135
I am strength training now so I am taking a little emphasis away from what the scale says and focusing on improvement pics and how my clothes fit...and how many push ups I can do!!0 -
cw 208
my goal weight is only 150 right now, but I think I want to be muscular rather than lean. I wouldn't like myself lean less than 130 lbs personally.0 -
I'm 5'4" and currently 171 pounds, started at 184 pounds. My goal is 145-ish, I want my BMI to be out of the overweight zone, I managed to get out of the obese zone last week which felt good! I did lose a lot of weight a couple of years ago when my dad died very suddenly, I was down to 10 and a half stone (147 pounds) and comfortable UK size 12, at the moment I'm a UK size 16 but getting closer to a 14 I think.0
-
Almost there, I'm 5ft 3.5in. I started out at 168lbs, lost just under 40lbs and I am 130lbs right now. I like my body at this size, but I want to increase my musculature and get BF% down to about 20-22%, currently at 27%.0
-
I'm 5'5 and 36. current weight is 135 and goal i want to be about 125. I started out at 1620
-
I'm 5'4 and GW is around 150 (for now). I figure once I get closer I'll probably change that to 135 - would be my ideal weight.
SW: 314
CW: 237
GW: 135-1500 -
140ish . That's in the ideal weight range for my height. I am closer to being 5'5.0
-
I am aiming for 130. I have about 50lbs to lose and I am just starting. If I keep bringing my lunch then I should be ok. It's eating out that's killing me!0

Hi
I am kinda new, back again... I am 5'5" My goal is to be about 140-150
I am 55, have hypothyroidism, have a really hard time losing weight...
I have 50 lbs to go GRRRR0 -
I'm 5'4 with a somehwat medium frame, and I'd be stoked at 140-145. That's where I felt my best; however, I was also 14-15 years of age and spend 3-4 hours a day working out during tha ttime so right now I'm shooting for a good even 155-160.0
-
I am 28 years old, 5' 4.5'', and currently weigh 153. I am a small-medium build and shooting for 130.0
-
I'm 5'4 with a small frame so i want to get back to 110 maybe 105 if its not too unhealthy.. im at 114 at the moment so i guess i havent got too much to lose aha0
-
Then 150 may be perfect! Just see how you feel at that weight and then reevaluate if you need to. I am medium/average framed and when I was 140, I felt great but ideal is around 130. I'm technically 5'3.5" lolMaybe I should be aiming lower than 150! Once my doctor told me she didnt want me under 160. I fall into the bigger framed category though.0
-
I am 5'4" and currently 157. My first goal is to lose 10 pounds, down to 147. I ideally would love to be around 140. We will see! I need to find an activity that I like to do and I think as soon as I find that, the weight will come off easily.0
-
I am 5'4", 31 yrs old, started at 204 am 150 now...goal is 130!0
-
I am 5'4...SW 138, CW 134, GW 125 (for now). I am 25 and suppose I have a medium frame. I struggle with cardio most of the time because I have a larger chest. I am looking for friends to help motivate :-) Feel free to add me!!0

i was 160lbs at one point and then i lost about 40 of that, and entered college at 124. i gained the stupid freshman 15, so up to 140ish (i blame the dining hall and the boyfriend at the time). i did little hikes and swam all that next summer to get back to 135 or 130 and my weight is still around that... i also know that freshman year of college, my hips grew wider (i was a size 7, but then went up to 9 or 11 depending on the jeans) and even if i lost any "butt fat" that is there, i don't think i could do a 7 comfortably. Anyways, my story is that i don't really have "weight loss" goals, but rather just to adopt a healthy lifestyle and try to keep up with exercise and if it comes with looking good, well so be it0
-
My goal weight is 145, because based on my BMI that is a healthy weight. I have 5 pounds to go! Also, once I get to 145, I plan to maintain it, because I have so much muscle that I am never going to be 115-120. I am happy with it0
-
I am 5'4, current wt= 153. I am 371/2. I started mfp a couple years back, but have never been a devoted "stick with it, die hard" member. When i started was prob around 135lb. So obviously die hard is the way to go, bc I cannot stand the way I look/feel these days and ready for a change. Would like to see progress, I start out eating better and exercising only to get on the scale at the end of the week for dissapointment. I know "quick fix" is not the way to go, but sure would like to know I am making some kind of headway. If anyone else has experienced this, but had good-fast results, pls share your strategy with me. Or give me some kind of starting point.0

I'm 5'4, and my goal for now is 140-145 ish. I'm 207, started at 220 last month, so I still have a ways to go0
