Go on to Peta's web site and reasearch the egg industry. There are numerous videos of the most disgusting and viscious attacks against animals that you can imagine. Every baby chicken that comes down the conveyor belt that isn't female gets thrown into a grinder alive. You'll never eat eggs again, which will cut out your mayo.
You could try an advocado or Vegannaise, or organic low fat yogurt.0 -
Eat it fast...lol...actually I do like it without anything on it...I usually eat it as a snack...I to am always trying to get more protien...cheers, Gayle0

TEXAS PETE HOT SAUCE!!! GOD'S GIFT TO DIETERS!!! NO. CALORIES.0 -
I make little tuna balls (like meatballs) - mixed with an egg and a bit of breadcrumbs and seasoning.
You can also make patties or a loaf.
Works for canned salmon too!0 -
I like to cut up pears, cucumbers, and or tomatoes and mix in. Then I put it in a spinich wrap.
I have also used fat free italian dressing when I didn't have fruit or veggies.0 -
Why not have the mayo????0

Make a tuna salad with celery (onion optional) and then light balsamic vinaigrette. Serve in a wrap with lettuce and tomato. Freakin delectable.0

HUMMUS. HUMMUS. HUMMUS. extra smooth kind. i use edamame hummus from trader joes. seriously amazing.0

I use creamy italian dressing. I only need half a serving to give the tuna a little flavor. I also add in some relish if I have the sodium for it in the day. I find that I do not need any dry seasonings mixed in & it is pretty flavorful.0

Bumblebee makes flavored canned tuna ready to eat with crackers yum!! I love the spicy thai flavor0

Slice a medium tomato...makes a dinner plate full! Add salt and pepper, and top with the white albacore tuna (flaked,) then more salt and pepper and banana pepper rings. My daughter suggested that I drizzle with some olive oil, but I think it's really good w/o it, and I usually already have enough good fat in my diet!
Also, (to me) the white albacore is soooo much better than regular chunk light tuna...practically no fishy taste (I do NOT fancy fish!)

Tuna Patties
1 can drained Tuna
1 Egg ( i sometimes remove the yolk if saving calories)
Small Portion of grated chesse
Chilli flakes
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and split in to servings.
Lightly oil a frying pan (i use fry light spray)
Make into to patties, try to get rid of excess egg by using your hands to squeeze the mixture together in to pattie shape.
Fry on until golden brown the flip and repeat.
SOOO nice to have with baked beans or salad and packed full of protein.
Low in calories and really filling0 -

Tuna is delicious with some pico de gallo or avocado- it's a totally different flavor, but yummy! Also, you could make your own salsa to use with it- I think a good pineapple or mango salsa would be awesome.0

Kraft Light Miracle Whip (just a little) and dill relish0

I hate tuna fish. I have never tried a way of serving it that made it good, except for raw in sushi form. That's the only way I'll eat it.0
-
I use Hellman's lite mayo, also. It is really close to regular taste, and helps it not be quite so fishy tasting.0
-
Use half fat Helman's, dill, capers, whole mustard, lemon juice and put it on a salad...it's awesome0
