      Wow well done guys, one thing I noticed apart from the obvious change in body shape is that you all look much younger in your faces, knocks years off you!

      I HATE my before pics (who doesn't?), but I'm in a sharing mood, so I'll join in.

      My highest weight was 370lbs, I avoided the camera like the plague then so I don't really have any good pics of myself at that weight... which is unfortunate looking back on it.

      Left: 300lbs | Right: 180lbs

      I started out at 283 lbs in Feb 2011 at 41 years of age then dropped to 204 lbs and now have added muscle to currently weigh 223 lbs and feel like im 22 instead of 42.
