    Ended up at 230lbs, 36 inch waist.

    And I have to say, there's nothing sexier than a guy who's doing it for his family, for his kids, to be around a lot longer and to have more fun with them (BigMech, and there's probably others here, too)!! KUDOS.

    I HATE my before pics (who doesn't?), but I'm in a sharing mood, so I'll join in.

    My highest weight was 370lbs, I avoided the camera like the plague then so I don't really have any good pics of myself at that weight... which is unfortunate looking back on it.

    Left: 300lbs | Right: 180lbs

    I weigh 178lbs now, looking to get down to 170.

    I guess it's been around 6 months now. I did 5 months straight of P90X, and now I go to the gym 5 days a week.
