pork rinds with diced tomatoes, onions avocado and lime juice. Eat with or without tortillas. My dad used to make it when I lived at home, now I eat it about once a month or so, depending on avocado availability :)

I have tomato and cucumber for breakfast . . . I couldn't think of any other easy vegetable that I could have for breakfast.

In the Mediterranean countries, they eat them in pita bread. Yummm.

My son eats lemons. As for me, I don't think I really eat anything strange. Some people look at me funny when I dip my chicken nuggets in honey or my french fries in a frosty from Wendy's - but I know other people do these things, so I must not be that strange. xD

Used to eat plain spaghetti noodles with butter and parmesan. I don't do that anymore because of the overload of fat and carbs. I remember my mom telling me that my type 2 diabetic great grandmother used to drink the syrup straight from the canned pears can. She died before I was born. Go figure ...:noway:

I don't eat much that I consider weird. I guess a lot of people would consider the variety of sushi I eat to be weird. Or the blood gelatin and pig feet in Vietnamese soups. I suppose Doritos and French onion dip would qualify as weird. Or stinky cheese (no idea what the name is, I call it stinky foot cheese) with blackberry jelly.

ETA: A coworker eats peanut butter, banana and mayo on rye bread. I understand everything except the mayo.

I'm not sure if it was mentioned or not, and I hear it's a real regional thing, but I LOVE ranch on my pizza and french fries. And I dig on cottage cheese with salsa ... I'm from NM, so it's not weird for me, but for some ... I put green chile on dang near any/everything.
  • I eat zoodles (canned pasta in tomato sauce) straight out of the can. As in, open can, get fork, eat. No heating. My family htinks it's gross, but I like it way better cold.
  • i eat pickled ginger (kind you get with sushi to cleanse palate). straight out of the jar. i try to keep it to a tablespoon but sometimes...it's just so good!

mee toooo!!! SSOOOOO GOOOOD!!!!! i eat a lot more than a tbs..MMmmmmm
  • Mine used to be nearly burnt toast with vegemite, crunchy peanut butter & mashed banana....omg it was awesome
burnt toast is the only way!!
  • As a kid I would make pancake batter really thick and put it on the pan for only a min like an over easy egg, and then pile loads of butter, syrup, and powder sugar. One day, all the raw batter got me sick , and never touched then for a few years..and after they were cooked CORRECTLY!!

Mayonnaise on anything! Mayo sandwich with white bread, potato chips and mayo, deli meat dipped in mayo (like chips w/dip), my favorite during grilling season is hot dogs with mayo, tons of dill relish and potato chip crumbs. Also hot sauce on pretty much everything

My only question is, How many of you were stoned when you mixed these things together? haha

So^^^when I lived with my sister and we were ^^^ and didn't have money for food we tried the only thing we had, rye bread with mayo...nummy! I still crave it sometimes!

Other fav's that my hubby finds horrible are hard boiled eggs, mashed up with vinager, salt and pepper (my dad's fav)
Fried spam sandwiches with melted sharp cheddar cheese on butter toast (wonder how I got fat? LOL)
    The list could go on.....

When I was a kid, apparenlty I LIKED peanut butter and mayonaise sandwiches. The thought repulses me now, but I remember eating that often. Ugh!!!

I've done the spaghetti with olive oil and garlic... I didn't think it was weird because that's how they did them at an italian restaurant I once worked at.

I do limes instead of lemons, but do the same thing with the salt.

My new weird one is eating choy chow mein noodles for snacks

I put ketchup on tacos... and just about all mexican food. My hubby thinks it's disgusting and calls it Gringo Salsa. Back when I used to eat fast food, I used to love asking the people at the Taco Bell drive thru for ketchup (which of course, they don't have) just to see the look on their face - you'd think I asked them for head cheese or something. One chick leaned out the window and quietly and terrifyingly asked me, "what are going to do with it?". I said, well, I planned to rub it all over my naked body, but since you don't have any, there's always next time! :)
