    There IS intelligent life in 'The Community" after all.

    I have seen so much rubbish about "you must eat the right sort of calorie" - a calorie is just a measure of how good something tastes (and something to do with heating water).

    MFP takes the hard work out recording a food diary and all that looking up in a book - but there is no magic wand - nor magic breakfast drink, no matter what the banner adverts (that presumably pay for the site) tell us..
    Your first line made me giggle, because it's true.. it's always nice to see intelligent life on the boards even if only on occasion.:smokin: :wink:

    Right on. This was only one small tool from my tool chest. MFP didn't make me succeed, I made me succeed, but still MFP is an awesome tool along with all my other tools.

    Great Post! So true in every way. It's a tool but a darn good one that has helped me do something I've never been able to to do in the past, stick to it! But the reason would be the great support and friendships I've made along the way. For me it's easier to stay on track with others watching me... Thanks for your post!
